Time Zone Converter On-device
Convert a time between cities, plan a meeting, watch a world clock.
Your pinned cities are remembered on this device only. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
Saudi Arabia does not observe daylight saving time, so its offset is the same all year.
Time zone: Asia/Riyadh

- Riyadh Asia/Riyadh
- London Europe/London
- New York America/New_York
Convert a wall-clock time between cities, plan a meeting across several time zones at once, and keep a world clock of the places you care about. Daylight saving is read from your browser's own time zone database rather than a stored offset, so a local time that does not exist and a local time that happens twice are shown as exactly that instead of being quietly guessed. Riyadh is pinned by default. Runs entirely on your device — no network, no account.
About this tool
What you provide
- A source city with a date and a time
- One or more destination cities
- Working hours, for the meeting planner
What you get
- The same moment on each city's clock, with its UTC offset and any date change
- A meeting strip showing which hours fall inside working hours in every city
- A live world clock for the cities you pin
Limits
- Cities come from a built-in list of 194 places, not a search of every location.
- Daylight saving is read from your browser's own time zone database, so the result depends on how current that database is.
- On a clock-change night a local time can be missing or happen twice; you are told which, and asked which moment you meant.
How to use it
Set the moment to convert
The Convert tab is open by default — choose the From city, then a date and a time, or tap Use the time now.
Read the same moment elsewhere
Under The same moment elsewhere, every pinned city shows its local time and whether it lands the same day, the next day or the day before, and Copy the times takes the list.
Adjust your cities
Riyadh, London and New York are pinned to begin with; further down the page, search under Add a city and tap a result to pin one, or press × beside a city under Your cities to remove it.
Switch tabs to plan or watch
Meeting planner draws an hour strip across your cities for a chosen date so you can tap an hour that works, and World clock keeps them running live.
Frequently asked questions
How is daylight saving handled?
Every conversion is resolved against your browser's own time zone database at the date you picked, not against a stored offset, because an offset belongs to a zone and a moment together rather than to the zone alone. That is why a date in March and the same clock time in July can land differently for the same pair of cities.
What happens on the night the clocks change?
Two odd cases exist and the tool shows both rather than guessing. When the clocks jump forward, the skipped local time does not exist at all and you are told so. When they go back, the same local time happens twice and you choose which of the two moments you meant, with the earlier one selected by default.
Does Saudi Arabia change its clocks?
No. Saudi Arabia stays on the same offset all year, so a time in Riyadh needs no seasonal adjustment. Cities that do observe daylight saving shift around it, which is why the gap between Riyadh and London or New York is not the same in January as in July.
