Copy places both rich and plain text on the clipboard — Word, Gmail and Outlook take the rich one.

Everything runs on your device. Nothing you paste is sent anywhere, and it's cleared when you close the tab.

Pasting Markdown into Word or an email shows asterisks and pound signs instead of formatting. Paste it here, check the preview and copy it as rich text; Word, Gmail and Outlook keep the headings, lists and tables, and Arabic paragraphs run right to left. Images are left as links. Nothing you paste is sent anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just paste Markdown into Word?

Word shows the raw symbols. This tool converts Markdown to formatted text and places both rich and plain versions on the clipboard, so Word, Gmail and Outlook take the rich one.

Does it handle Arabic?

Yes. Each paragraph, list and table gets its own direction, and code and links stay left to right.

What happens to images?

They are kept as links; the receiving app loads them from their address.
