Finding the edges and flattening the page use an image engine of about 4 MB. It downloads once, only when you ask for it, and your browser keeps it after that.

How to use it
Photograph or upload a page
Tap "Open camera" and then Capture, or tap "Upload a photo" to use a picture you already have.
Download the image engine
Tap "Download engine (~4 MB · one time)" when it is offered — finding the edges and flattening the page need it, and your browser keeps it afterwards.
Match the corners
Drag each corner until the outline sits on the page edges — arrow keys nudge, R resets — then tap "Corners look right".
Choose a look and add the page
Pick Colour, Greyscale, Black & white or Auto, rotate if needed, tap "Add this page", and tap "Add another page" for each further sheet.
Export the document
Tap Export, set the file name, choose PDF or Images (.zip), the page size for a PDF and a quality of Small, Medium or High, then tap "Save PDF" or "Save images" — the size on that button is an estimate until the file is written.
Frequently asked questions
Does the page I scan leave my device?
No. Camera frames, uploaded photos, the corner adjustment, the flattening and the PDF itself are all handled inside your browser on this device, and none of it is sent anywhere. There is no account, no upload step and no watermark, and the finished file is saved straight to your device.
Why does it download about 4 MB the first time?
Finding the edges of the page and straightening the perspective run on an image-processing engine that has to reach your browser first. It downloads once, only after you agree to it, and is then cached, so later scans start immediately and work without a connection.
Can I search or select the text in the scanned PDF?
No. Every page is stored as an image, so the file carries no text layer. Adding text recognition would mean a second and much larger download, and its Arabic accuracy is markedly lower than its English accuracy, so it was left out rather than shipped half-working on an Arabic-first site.
What if the edges are detected in the wrong place?
Drag any of the four corners and the page re-flattens as you move them, with a magnifier showing the exact point under your finger. If detection finds nothing convincing it hands you the full frame to adjust instead of guessing, and any page can be re-cropped or retaken later.
