About this tool

What you provide

  • Sex, age, height, weight and activity level
  • Optionally your meal's ingredients with their calories and protein, carbs and fat
  • A daily calorie adjustment and a macro split for the goal planner

What you get

  • Your BMR and TDEE in kcal per day
  • Meal and per-serving totals with protein, carbs and fat
  • A daily calorie target with the matching macro grams

Limits

  • Estimates, not prescriptions — for medical or dietary decisions see a doctor or dietitian.
  • The formulas are built for adults; energy needs for children and teens should be assessed with a pediatrician or dietitian.
  • It reports numbers only and gives no diet or exercise advice; it flags a deficit steeper than -750 kcal/day or a target under 1,200 kcal/day, but never blocks it.

How to use it

  1. Work out your daily energy

On the BMR/TDEE tab pick cm / kg or ft-in / lb, enter your age, sex, height and weight, and choose an activity level from sedentary to very active to see your BMR and TDEE in kcal per day.

  2. Total a meal

On the Meal totaler tab press Add ingredient for each item, enter its calories and optionally its protein, carb and fat grams, then set the number of servings to get the per-serving figure.

  3. Plan a goal

On the Goal + macros tab drag the daily calorie adjustment slider to set a deficit or surplus against your TDEE, then keep the Balanced 30/40/30 split or switch to Custom percentages to see the protein, carb and fat grams for the target.
